It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. If the grave stone is lost or damaged during shipping, we will replace it at no charge. If you need to make a claim for damage, you will need to send us photos so we may follow up with FedEx and expedite your replacement grave marker, as quickly as possible. Please note that all claims must be submitted to us within 48 hours of receipt of memorial.
We do not charge for shipping. Your granite grave marker order will be shipped from Littleton, NH within two weeks from the date you confirm your order on our website. Our normal production time is two week's from receipt of your order. We use FedEx Ground for all orders, so standard shipping time to most locations in the 48 contiguous United States is five to seven days or less if you are on the East Coast. If you require your order to be expedited, please contact GSGM for expediting fees.
