Important: Please check with the cemetery to ensure the marker will be accepted prior to ordering.

Where will my order be shipped?

You can have the grave marker shipped anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States. Due to the weight of the grave marker, we recommend that you ship directly to the installation site, whenever possible. Some cemeteries are closed during the winter, so if you are shipping directly to a cemetery, it is your responsibility to check with the cemetery to be sure that they are open and able to receive the gravestone.

How soon will I receive my order?

Your granite grave marker order will be shipped from Littleton, NH within two weeks from the date you confirm your order on our website. Our normal production time is two week's from receipt of your order. We use FedEx Ground for all orders, so standard shipping time to most locations in the 48 contiguous United States is five to seven days or less if you are on the East Coast. If you require your order to be expedited, please contact GSGM for expediting fees.

How do I have the marker installed?

If you are having the grave marker installed at a cemetery, you will need to contact the cemetery to let them know you are ordering a granite grave marker from an outside vendor. They will need to know the size of the marker and approximate date of receipt (see above). Our grave markers meet 99.9% cemetery requirements.

How much does installation cost for my marker?

Installation costs vary by location. When you provide the cemetery with the size of the grave marker and anticipated date of receipt, they should be able to give you an accurate estimate for your approval. GSGM is not responsible for any installations.

What are the dimensions and weight of my grave marker?

All of our products are flat markers or what is also known as grass markers, flush markers, memorials, monuments, tombstones, grave stone or headstones. Our flat markers are designed to be installed flush with the ground. Our cemetery and veteran markers are 24” long x 12” wide x 4” deep. They weigh approximately 145 lbs., including packaging. Our pet markers are 18” long x 10” wide x 4” deep. They weigh approximately 90 lbs., including packaging.

What if the marker that I am ordering is not accepted by the cemetery?

Please check with the cemetery, PRIOR to ordering. If you order a marker from Granite State Grave Markers.com and then the cemetery doesn't accept it due to size, color, design or because it is not BRONZE, then GSGM is not responsible and will not process any refunds. If after speaking with the cemetery, you have any questions regarding the stone you are ordering, please contact GSGM. The most common issue that we have found is the cemetery ONLY accepts bronze markers and that is not our specialty.

What if the cemetery requires an application form to be completed?

It is strongly recommended that you contact the cemetery prior to placing an order with GSGM. If the cemetery requires an application to be completed, it is not GSGM responsibility to initiate or complete these forms. Standard responses to applications are:

Grave Marker Company Address: Granite State Grave Markers, 390 Highland Avenue, Littleton NH 03561, Phone: 855-217-4746
